Since her admission to practice in 2010, Natasha has dedicated her career exclusively to family law. - Complex property matters: Natasha is skilled in handling both simple and intricate property settlements involving multiple corporate entities, third-party proceedings, taxation issues, bankruptcy, and self-managed superannuation funds.
- Parenting matters: Natasha has extensive experience in high-conflict parenting cases, including matters involving relocation, parental disputes, change of name, travel with children, and school issues. Her approach prioritises minimising conflict for children and securing outcomes that are in their best interests.
- Spousal maintenance and child support: Natasha offers expert advice and representation in spousal maintenance and child support cases, helping clients navigate complex financial arrangements.
- Litigation: Natasha has significant experience in family law litigation, regularly appearing in both complex parenting and property matters in the Family Court. Her pragmatic and solution-focused approach helps resolve key issues and deliver immediate value to her clients.
In addition to her broad experience in family law, Natasha regularly acts as an Independent Children’s Lawyer, advocating for vulnerable children at risk in high-conflict parenting disputes.
Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution
